Purebred Berkshire Pork

Berkshire Pork is a gourmet, heritage breed pork that has more marbling than most pork.  Our pigs are raised in open pastures but are also fed free choice grain mixed with mineral.  Contact Us about availability of whole or half hogs dropped off at Weaver's Meat Processing near Falkville, AL.  You can get many different cuts and types of meat out of your hog including the following:
Bacon (Best you will ever have)
Sausage (Mild/Medium/Hot, Link Sausage, Sausage Patties)
Ham (Whole Ham, Half Ham, Ham Steaks, Deli Shaved Ham)
Pork Chops (Bone In/Boneless)
Tenderloin (Individual or Loin Roasts)
Ribs (Whole or Half Rack)
Boston Butt
Hog Jowl (We highly recommend getting this smoked and sliced)
Smoked Sausage/Bratwurst/Polish Sausage
Fat for making Lard
Tongue (if you desire)

Homemade Soaps

Tracy renders lard from the fat from our pigs and combines with some special ingredients to make very sweet smelling, moisturizing soaps. Many different fragrances are available and some even have ingredients such as oats that help to exfoliate your skin as well or even remove grease from those hardworking man hands.  Call Tracy to order your Squeaky Clean Soaps.  Also, you can order Lard if you would like to cook with it like your grandparents did. 

Longhorn Lean Beef

Longhorn Beef is naturally very lean (about 96% Lean) and ours is raised almost, if not entirely on grass and hay.  The result is a healthy beef that is low in cholesterol and high in Omega 3's.  Since Longhorn Beef is so lean, we do recommend 100% grind.  This means that the entire animal is placed into ground beef instead of just the trimmings that you get with supermarket beef.  Contact us on the availability of purchasing a whole or half a beef, dropped off at a processor for you.  Occasionally, we might even use a USDA facility so that we can sell individual packs of meat directly to you. You can sleep well at night, knowing that your beef has no hormones, no antibiotics, and is not pumped full of corn like feedlot beef which results in higher incidences of E-coli.  We will have 100% grind available in late October.

Decor Products

Occasionally, we have polished longhorn skulls for sale and possibly even some hair own, tanned hides. We are still in the experimental phase with the hides.
